Who we've built for.

How we work

Overview
Three phases from process discovery to live in production. We help you pick the right RPA vendor based on your existing stack rather than the one we want to sell.
Step 1 — Scope and architecture
Two weeks discovery. Process mapping with the team who does the work. Volume per day, exception rate, and edge cases documented. Vendor selection (UiPath, AA, Power Automate Desktop, Blue Prism). ROI estimate before any code is written.
Step 2 — Build in sprints
4 to 10 weeks build. REFramework or equivalent enterprise framework. Attended vs unattended decision per process. Orchestrator setup. Reusable libraries. CI/CD pipelines for bot deployment via Azure DevOps or Jenkins.
Step 3 — Harden and launch
1 to 2 weeks hardening plus launch. Bot health monitoring (Orchestrator Insights, AA CR Insights). Exception handling tested. CoE policies in place. Hypercare for the first 2 weeks live where we sit on standby.

What we deliver. RPA Development

Attended bots for human-assisted work

Bots that sit on a user's desktop and handle parts of the workflow while the user supervises. Common for: claims processing with judgement calls, customer service screen pops, data validation with human review.

Unattended bots for back-office scale

Bots running on virtual machines or cloud workers without human supervision. Triggered by schedule, queue, or event. Common for: month-end reconciliation, bulk data migration, report generation, vendor master data updates.

Document understanding and IDP

Intelligent Document Processing for unstructured input. UiPath Document Understanding, AA IQ Bot, Azure Document Intelligence, Google Document AI. PDF extraction, OCR, key-value parsing, table extraction, with human-in-loop for low-confidence results.

Process Mining and Task Mining

UiPath Process Mining, Celonis, or Microsoft Process Advisor to identify which processes to automate first based on volume, variance, and ROI. Task Mining for desktop-level discovery.

Enterprise framework and reusable libraries

UiPath REFramework or equivalent for state machines, error handling, retry, transaction logging. Reusable component libraries published to internal Marketplace. Code review and testing built into the SDLC.

CoE governance and monitoring

Center of Excellence policies for bot ownership, naming, deployment, and retirement. Orchestrator setup with Insights dashboards. Bot health alerts. Quarterly review of dead or low-ROI bots.

  • Monitoring and runbook included. Prove RPA ROI inside one team.
  • 6 to 8 weeks.

Multi-system automation

From $9,000

  • 5 to 15 processes with shared framework and Orchestrator setup.
  • Document understanding and CoE governance baseline.
  • 8 to 14 weeks.

Enterprise RPA program

From $19,000

  • Strategic RPA program with Process Mining and multi-vendor support.
  • Full CoE, Insights dashboards, and bot factory for ongoing pipeline.
  • 14 to 26 weeks.

Maintenance retainer

From $1,750 / mo

  • Selector updates, orchestrator monitoring, bot health alerts, on-call cover.

Indicative USD ranges. Final quote depends on bot count, document understanding scope, and vendor licenses. Exact scope and pricing locked on the scoping call.

FAQ

Robotic Process Automation uses software bots to mimic human interactions with applications: clicking buttons, reading screens, entering data, copying between systems. RPA wins when APIs do not exist, when the workflow spans legacy systems that cannot integrate properly, or when API integration costs more than screen automation. Modern RPA combines screen automation, API calls, and AI for the best of all three.
