Who we've built for.

How we work

Overview
Three phases from licensing audit to live in production. We help you pick the right Power Platform licensing tier so you do not overpay or hit per-app limits.
Step 1 — Scope and architecture
One to two weeks scoping. Licensing audit (Power Apps per-user vs per-app, premium connectors needed, Power Automate consumption). Data architecture (Dataverse vs SharePoint vs SQL). ALM strategy across Dev, Test, Prod environments.
Step 2 — Build in sprints
3 to 8 weeks build. Two-week sprints. Solution-aware development from sprint 1. Custom connectors where Microsoft's built-ins do not reach. Power Fx for canvas apps. Dataverse plug-ins or Power Automate flows for business logic.
Step 3 — Harden and launch
1 to 2 weeks hardening plus launch. Solution export and import across environments via Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions. Performance test on Dataverse capacity. CoE (Center of Excellence) kit installed if you do not have one.

What we deliver. Microsoft Power Platform

Power Apps. Canvas and model-driven

Canvas apps for tablet and mobile workflows. Model-driven apps for Dataverse-heavy CRUD. Custom components via Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) where the standard controls do not fit. Power Fx for logic.

Power Automate. Cloud flows plus Desktop flows

Cloud flows for SaaS-to-SaaS workflows with 1,000+ connectors. Desktop flows for legacy desktop apps (terminal emulators, legacy ERP UIs). Process Mining to find what to automate first.

Power BI. Embedded and standalone reporting

Datasets in Dataverse, SQL, or Fabric. DAX models. Power BI Embedded for in-app analytics. Row-level security per tenant. Composite models where datasets cross sources.

Power Pages plus Copilot Studio

Power Pages (formerly Power Apps Portals) for external-facing customer portals on top of Dataverse. Copilot Studio for Microsoft 365 Copilot extensions, custom topics, generative answers grounded on your data.

Dataverse architecture plus ALM

Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, security roles. Solution-aware development. Environments separated (Dev, Test, Prod). CI/CD via Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions. Power Platform CLI for automation.

Integration with Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365

Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, Marketing, Finance, Field Service integration. Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) via Microsoft Graph. Azure services (AI Services, Functions, Service Bus) for compute-heavy or AI-heavy paths.

Typical engagement ranges

Single workflow

From $3,000

  • Single environment. Prove Power Platform ROI inside one team.
  • 4 to 6 weeks.

Multi-system automation

From $9,000

  • Power Apps plus Power Automate plus 2 to 4 LOB integrations.
  • Dataverse-based architecture. Multi-environment ALM.
  • 6 to 10 weeks.

Enterprise RPA program

From $19,000

  • Multi-app program with CoE Kit, Process Mining, Copilot Studio.
  • Power Automate Desktop RPA and governance dashboards.
  • 10 to 18 weeks.

Maintenance retainer

From $1,750 / mo

  • Flow monitoring, connector updates, environment patches, on-call cover.

Indicative USD ranges. Final quote depends on app count, premium connectors, and ALM scope. Microsoft licensing billed separately. Exact scope and pricing locked on the scoping call.

FAQ

Both. Power Apps and Power Automate are low-code with visual builders. Power Fx and JavaScript let developers extend where the visual builder hits its ceiling. Most production builds use 70 percent low-code and 30 percent pro-code (custom connectors, PCF controls, Dataverse plug-ins). We are honest about where the line is at scoping.
