Who we've built for.

How we work

Overview
Three phases from process discovery to live in Orchestrator. We are certified UiPath developers and we run UiPath bots in production for clients.
Step 1 — Scope and architecture
Two weeks discovery. Process mapping with the team. Volume per day, exception rate, edge cases documented. UiPath edition audit. REFramework vs simpler architecture decision. ROI estimate before code.
Step 2 — Build in sprints
4 to 10 weeks build. REFramework state machine for production bots. Reusable libraries published to internal Marketplace. Orchestrator queues for transaction processing. CI/CD via Git plus UiPath Orchestrator API.
Step 3 — Harden and launch
1 to 2 weeks hardening plus launch. Orchestrator Insights dashboards configured. Bot health alerts via PagerDuty or Slack. Production deploy with hypercare for the first 2 weeks where we sit on standby.

What we deliver. UiPath

REFramework bots

UiPath REFramework state machine for production bots with proper init, get-transaction, process, end-process states. Transaction logging to Orchestrator queues. Retry logic for transient errors. Business exception handling for permanent errors with proper rejection.

Orchestrator queues and triggers

Orchestrator queue setup for transaction-based unattended bots. Schedule triggers, queue triggers, and event triggers (webhooks). Asset management for credentials and config. Folder structure aligned to your business units.

Document Understanding plus AI Center

UiPath Document Understanding for invoice, contract, and form extraction. LLM-enhanced extraction with confidence scoring. AI Center for custom ML models served from UiPath workflows. Human-in-loop via Action Center for low-confidence results.

UiPath Apps for front-ends

UiPath Apps for human-facing workflows: bot invocation, queue management, exception review, dashboards. Built once, deployed to web and Teams. Common for: claims review, AP exception handling, KYC verification.

Reusable libraries and Marketplace

Reusable .NET libraries and reusable workflow components published to internal UiPath Marketplace. Naming conventions, version control via Git, code review process. We build the libraries first and the bots second so subsequent bots ship faster.

Insights and CoE governance

Orchestrator Insights dashboards for bot health, ROI tracking, exception rate. PagerDuty or Slack alerts for failures. CoE policies for bot ownership, naming, deployment, retirement. Quarterly review of dead or low-ROI bots.

From $19,000

  • Strategic UiPath program with Process Mining and AI Center.
  • UiPath Apps, multi-region Orchestrator, full CoE governance.
  • 14 to 26 weeks.

Maintenance retainer

From $1,750 / mo
